Redd Foxx - Born in 1922, Redd Foxx began his comedy career in the heavily segregated 1940's. His explicit humor and social commentary helped cement his legacy as a comedic legend. Foxx passed away in 1991 and is still remembered for his classic comedy albums and an iconic TV show from the 70's entitled Sanford & Son.
